Shanghai Haitong Port Safety Equipment Co., Ltd founded in 1992, Specialized in the production of port security equipment, work in the development of port security technology and technical services, enjoy a high reputation in the field of industry.
We are in close cooperation with the Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd, researched and developed more than 10 technical products, which obtains national patent certificate. Our Products have won many domestic and international awards, such as the Gold Paris International Invention Award and Shanghai Port Authority Science and Technology Prize.

Performance of Haitong
Haitong always focus on the production and development of port, research new techniques, and products and provide port with excellent service. In 1996, win the Second Prize of Shanghai Outstanding Invention with the project of Crane Security Monitoring System. In 2000, win the Second Prize of Shanghai Port Authority Technology Advancement Award with the project of Cabin Operation Safety Monitoring System. In 2003, win the First Prize of Shanghai Port Authority Technology Advancement Award and 95th Paris Invention Silver with the product of Container Handling Security Device. In 2006, win 97th Paris invention Gold with the product of Shipboard Handling Security Device. Over the years, Haitong has developed a series of products for the port, such as Empty Container Shielding Rotary Lock Device, Anti-Skid Rope Collets, No Nodes Rope Connecting Sets, Crane Hook Rotating Device, Shipp Cable Traction Device, Pallet Container Truck Oriented Positioning Device, Container Forklifts Reversing Radar Warning Device and so on.
In recent years, Haitong apply Laser Scanner technology to the production of Port Handling, and make a lot of research and exploration. We develop ML1 ¨C Chassis Alignment System with Laser Scanner for single track lanes. On this basis, we develop ML2 - Chassis Alignment System with Laser Scanner for multiple track lanes, which displays position information of chassis and container in advance, and achieves automation operation of container handling. This system not only alleviates the labor intensity of chassis drivers and crane drivers, but also raises the efficiency of crane container handling, reduces the operation cost, and ensures safe production.
Recently Haitong has made further optimization for this product and develops ML3 - Chassis Alignment System with Three-dimensional Laser Scanner. It use Laser Three-dimensional Scanner to measure and position the chassis, and then provide the truck driver with signal and guide so that he can properly position truck before trolley and spreader reaches the chassis. This equipment is mounted on the dockside crane and scans full yard chassis or empty yard chassis in different truck lanes, and it can fit all kind of container-loading and unloading situation, such as 40 ft load and unload, 20 ft. twin load and unload, 20 ft. at front or rear.
Our CAS has been successfully used in such ports as, No.107 crane in Shanghai Mingdong Container Port co., Ltd- the first twin 40.ft spreaders crane in the world, No.116 twin 40.ft spreaders crane in Shanghai International Port (Group) co., Ltd Zhengdong Branch, No.112 crane in Chiwan Container Terminal Co., Ltd Wharf Holdings Limited-the first three 40.ft spreader crane in the world.
